Wake up to beautiful sunrises and views to Green Island and over the Cairns Inlet. This modern home has a relaxing holiday feel with open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is well equipped with stunning granite benchtops, large family pantry, European appliances which include a 5 burner cooktop, oven and a dishwasher to make entertaining a breeze. Polished concrete floors blend effortlessly to create a warm yet inviting space to enjoy. The living space is architecturally designed with picture windows to bring in light and cooling breezes. The space is genorously furnished with a family size five seater couch with chaise and a large smart TV.

The indoor living flows to the outdoor entertaining space which also has dining for up to 8 people, a BBQ & bar area, and relaxtion zones with bean bags and comfortable chairs to read or unwind with a cuppa or a refreshing drink and take in the ocean views.
