Original room was the noisiest i have ever stayed in. We could not sleep all night. I really had to push the point to have the room changed. Finally did get a good room fir next three days. Room was good and staff very helpful. My disappointment was that the place had a very high rating and called itself a hotel whereas in fact it should have been classed as a hostel. No toiietries in room apart from tiny cake of latherless soap. Breakfasrt minimal you had to pay for coffee and no milk. Location excellent though noisy. Staff who spoke English were very helpful particularly the tour rep. The room had not been ckeaned during our four day stay

The worse hotel in the history of hotels. Wifi barely worked, ran out of water half way through a shower. The staff is friendly and nice. I didn't eat their breakfast. Is cheap for a reason, also no elevators, it gets old after, specifically if your room is in the 4th floor.

I stayed for one transit night. Check-in was very fast — less than three minutes. The bed was firm, the AC set at 23° and steady. They woke me up exactly on time, and the taxi arrived promptly. A highly practical hotel for short stays and well-organized trips.

The staff was great. There is no way this hotel got such a high rating. The shower was broken. The tile floor was cracked. This is a boarding house, not a hotel. It is a converted old office building. No elevator. Multiple flights of stairs to get to the hotel floor. room was clean and staff was great.

Jag bodde en hel vecka på hotellet och provade nästan allt. Första dagen var det lite buller från gatan, men när jag bad om ett rumsbyte gick det snabbt. Personalen var artig och professionell. De hjälpte mig även att ordna en tur till pyramiderna som var mycket väl organiserad. Jag gillade att hotellet behåller den egyptiska charmen men ändå är bekvämt.

Ich werde nie vergessen, wie das Personal mich früh geweckt hat, damit ich meinen Flug nicht verpasse! Ihr Umgang war sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig und die Beleuchtung angenehm — ich fühlte mich wie zu Hause und nicht wie in einem Hotel. Die Preise sind zudem sehr fair. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Lo que me gustó es que la habitación era muy silenciosa a pesar de estar en pleno centro. Dormí sin ningún ruido. El desayuno estaba bueno y variado para el nivel, y el café se hacía recién por la mañana. Una vez olvidé una bolsita en el vestíbulo y cuando volví el empleado la había guardado y me la devolvió con una sonrisa. Servicio respetuoso, de verdad.
