Excellent location, the shower in the quad room was tricky as limited hot water then you have to wait to heat but was fine for us as we stayed as a family of 5 for 1 night. The breakfast was lovely along with the views and the staff were so friendly and willing to help you. Would stay again

The perfect base from which to explore Cairo

I always have a great time at City View Hotel. The team are friendly and the hotel clean - what more do you need?! Nobody visits Cairo to stay in their hotel (I hope!) so this is the perfect centrally located base from which to experience the city.

Good budget option

Good budget option. Location is perfect... very closed to museum, subway, restaurants, shopping area. Hotel is "vintage" but clean and in good order. Staffs friendly and helpful.
