Hotel location was ideal for our trips. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels. If ever back in Cairo would consider staying there again. I would recommend they consider some of the charges, appreciate they are a business and need to make money but also need to look after their customers. For example a taxi to the airport was equivelent to £26, compared to Uber at £5 Otherwise very pleasant safe stay

The lobby is clean and tidy but after that the hotel is in need of a very deep clean. Hallway carpets, walls, room floors and bathrooms are all very dirty. The staff were polite and chatty, no issues there.

We had a wonderful stay at the The president hotel. The service was superb and the hotel has everything that we needed. The Terrace has delicious food and the breakfast has a nice spread.
