Shower leaking and clogged sink. Restaurant on the rooftop - don’t buy steak or any other food. I got a rib eye but was impossible to eat. Staff is nice in the hotel.

An excellent location, nice room, and very attentive service. I would certainly choose this hotel again if I were in Cairo. Their bakery is outstanding! Nice breakfast with a good mix of local and international selections.

This was our first time staying here and the staff was very welcoming. Sabry was great! He helped us out with scheduling our excursions. He set us up with a wonderful tour guide Sara. The only thing I would do differently is stay a fee more days!!!

Hotel double charged. First through hotels.com then for extra services. Overall far from a 5 star experience. Smelling smoke in various places. Iron board doesn’t work and more. I’d give it 3 stars at the most. At 350 usd per night this was pretty bad experience from what’s offered by other.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in the middle of the busy streets of Cairo. The service was outstanding and the room was clean, the food was so delicious!! You must try their egyptian breakfast!!
