Hotel double charged. First through hotels.com then for extra services. Overall far from a 5 star experience. Smelling smoke in various places. Iron board doesn’t work and more. I’d give it 3 stars at the most. At 350 usd per night this was pretty bad experience from what’s offered by other.

Absolutely wonderful hotel in the middle of the busy streets of Cairo. The service was outstanding and the room was clean, the food was so delicious!! You must try their egyptian breakfast!!

I have travelled a lot around the world and have stayed at 5 & 6 star hotels and I have to say this property and the staff who work in the hotel are one of the best I have ever experienced. A gem on the Nile

Amazing service and quality. The staff are exceptional. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants are very good. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Italian restaurant. The rooftop pool is lovely for morning swim & coffee.
