Check in was a disaster. Had to wait for two hours. And after I asked for the hotel manager the room was ready shortly Hotel is over crowded The room was ok. TV didn’t work. Bathroom shower was not functions Staff are rude Shuttle service sucks. Driver packed the shuttle with passenger and left for half an hour in announced Buffet was not included. On top of that it wat not good at all after we paid

Room was no good. For first night,I asked to change next day,its ok,but they have only one elevator working,so you have to walk long distances from your room till to go to the elevator,staff normal attitude,room has not contained any shower Cap(never I found at any room) They have shampoo with conditioner only(but I don’t use it),should they have without conditioner,I’m not recommended for my friend to go to this hotel next time.

It’s a nice place, AMAZING FOOD & great facilities. Rooms are ok i think they could be cleaner with newer carpet and bedsheets, no iron in bedrooms and took more than 2 hours to get one to my bedroom

I usually stay here when I'm travelling and it is usually superb. This time the hotel was understaffed and overcrowded. There was an issue with the hotel shuttle bus being overcrowded and travellers were left having to wait for the next shuttle 30 minutes later.

Honestly, the sole purpose of my stay was to be extremely close to the Cairo airport. In this respect, the hotel was perfect. The staff was nice and helpful.
