The Compound is also connected to Americana Plaza which houses Costa Coffee, TGI Fridays and Fish Market. The Hotel Apartment is also walking distance to everything from Starbucks, Paul, Cinemas to fancy restaurants & cafes. The gated community is super safe & quiet thanks to 24/7 security personnel on site. There is ACs in rooms, 2x heaters, an iron and ironing board, clean towels and bedding, fast WIFI, a clothes rack to dry clothes. The apartment has a washing machine, heaters & air conditioning, giant TV, a large clean fridge and 5 hob cooker, and bathrooms with both handheld and overhead showers over baths amongst many other amenities. The apartment is on the 5th floor and on the lower ground floor is a mall with a huge supermarket - you just take the elevator down and you're in the mall. So handy to do your shopping, plus there is a pharmacy on site and loads of places to eat in the immediate area.
