A country house in the Serra do Japi mountains with mineral water for those who want to be in contact with nature.

The property is located at the foot of Serra do Japi in the Blue Lake Allotment. The total land area is 1,640 mts. We have an artesian well with 6 meters of mineral water on the ground, and a grotto with running water coming from the mine. The house is all tiled and has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bedroom and a balcony with minibar, simple stove, 1 sofa in the living room, double bed and a wardrobe. Check out!
