The house of 137m2 is in a quiet area in the seashore town of Calafell only 100m from the beach, 45km from Port Aventura and 55km from Barcelona's Airport. It is divided into two floors and has a large terrace with two outdoor tables, chairs and a charcoal barbecue, as well as a communal area with a garden and two swimming pools open all year round. On the main floor we find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom and living room with sofa bed. On the upper floor there are 2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms: 1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds plus 1 single bed. You will find an Italian coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fans, winter heating, wood-burning fireplace, television, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, 2 free private parking spaces and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place in the house from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years old are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
