Private: garden with lawn, orchard, swimming pool kidney shaped (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, parking at the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bar 2 km, bakery 2.2 km, café 2.4 km, bus stop "Plaça de Mediterrani" 2.2 km, railway station "Segur de calafell" 2.3 km, sandy beach "Platja Segur de Calafell" 3.1 km. Nearby attractions: Calafell Slide 5.5 km, Ciudadela Ibérica de Calafell 4 km, Museo Pau Casals 7.6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
