Relax in this spacious apartment located in a quiet and pleasant area of ​​Calafell, it has all the amenities to enjoy with your family or friends a perfect vacation, just 1 min walk from the beach and 4 min by car from the city centre. It has a living room with flat-screen TV and access to the wonderful terrace, three comfortable rooms with storage space (the main room, with double bed, a second with double bed and the third with two single beds). It also has a fully equipped kitchen and one bathrooms. Complete the house a large outdoor area with communal pool and a large garden.

Feel the sea breeze and the splendid Mediterranean sun taking a vermouth or reading a book from the delightful terrace.

Calafell, located on the Costa Dorada, is a quiet and charming city known for its wonderful beaches and festivities. Discover the Ciutadella Ibérica, relax on the shores of the Segur de Calafell beach or enjoy a walk along the promenade. Do not forget to try Mediterranean cuisine where local products such as fish and wine stand out.

In summer you have plenty of water activities to do with your friends or family (padelsurf, sailing, windsurf, cayac ...). As nearby sites we highlight the picturesque city of Sitges and the fun amusement park Port Aventura

Transport: By car, the fastest route from Barcelona is via the C-32 (35min). If instead you prefer to go by public transport, from the Prat airport there is the option to take a train: the Rodalies-R2N to Sants and from there another: Rodalies- R2S to Calafell (1h30min).

• Supermarkets: Charter at 2 min by car and Dia and Caprabo at 4 min by car.

• Restaurant: (personal recommendation) 'La Porketa' and 'Petit Duval Gastrotaberna' of 3-5 min by car.

• Bar: 'Monsoon Beach' 4 min by car.

• Pharmacy closest to 4 min by car.

• Tennis Club 2 minutes by car.

• Amusement park: Port Aventura 30 minutes away by car. Calafell Slide, 5 min by car.

HOUSE'S RULES

- Take care of the house as if it were your own.

- Respect the rules of coexistence and rest. Do not make loud noises after 11pm.

- No smoking.

- Leave the house as you found it.

- In case of leaving the house in poor condition or very dirty will be deducted from the deposit.

- Due to new regulations, an additional charge will apply in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or large capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.





CLEANING, SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS:

We take our guests safety very seriously. For this purpose, we are following the Ministry of Health protocols.

The products we will use to disinfect and clean the accommodation are: bleach with detergent, disinfecting products, latex gloves and masks.

The steps to follow are these:

- Cleaning staff will use personal protective equipment and will dispose them safely after each use, then proceeding to hand wash.

- We will ventilate all the rooms of the accommodation.

- Textile garments will be washed mechanically in full wash cycles at 60-90ºC.

- The cleaning and disinfection of the accommodation will be done with bleach which is effective and recommended by the Ministry of Health.

At the entrance of the accommodation we will provide all of our guests with a pack that contains the following products: a bleach bottle, hand soap, gloves and paper tissues.

This apartment offers its guests a garden, laundry facilities, and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Calafell apartment is smoke free.
