Beautiful, comfortable semi-detached house. In a quiet position residential area (villas), 1.1 km from the sea, 1.1 km from the beach. Private: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, public parking on the road. Supermarket 150 m, restaurant, bar 450 m, bus stop "Centro segur" 800 m, railway station "Segur de Calafell" 900 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 60 km, Sitges 24 km, Tarragona 39 km, Port Aventura 50 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
