Friendly welcome in great English - thank you! Nice quiet room, clean with good range of toiletries etc. Good tea and coffee making facilities. Comfortable beds and pillows.

It was cheap and cheerful , really good location for restaurants and bars and the Christmas fair - could have more tea and coffee in the room , staff were friendly and the rooms were clean - the only downside was the music at 2 in the morning but that's not the hotels fault - it was very central to everything and free parking - would stay again due to the location! Breakfast was good so no complaints really .

We were unable to access the hotel because of a long planned event in Calais. No parking within at least a kilometer of the hotel. They could very easily have messaged us the day before to tell us about the event and advisors to arrive early, thus avoiding all the traffic. Extremely bad service from Holiday Inn and I will be seeking a refund

Great location in Calais

Arrived before check-in was official open, but this wasn't a problem, we were given our room early. Room had lovely views over the harbour and was spacious. Lots of restaurants in the area. Pleasant walk to the beach. Used the bar in the evening with friends, great service but not much atmosphere. Hotel is dog friendly, we will certainly use again.
