The hotel location is excellent. The room is ok (I suggest asking for one facing the carpark instead of the main road as it will be quieter). However, the hotel reception is open between 9am and midday and then between 5pm and 9pm. This information was not mentioned anywhere on the hotel description. This meant that when we arrived at the hotel at 1pm, so outside these timeframes, we could not even leave our luggage there and we had to dragged the luggage with us for hours until the reception opened later. I have suggested the hotel to include this information on their description to not mislead guests.

This is good value for money, but it’s showing its age, so it’s a good compromise, the staff are friendly and helpful, the place is clean and I would be happy to stay here again. The real down side is the lack of air conditioning and no lift for the upper floors. Good local breakfast, set me up for the day and a long drive.

Excellent value, but tired.

This is a budget hotel, so don't expect the Ritz. But the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it has secure parking. We easily walked into the city centre for dinner. Next to the bus and train station.
