Casa Roxane welcomes you to Calangianus, Sardinia, in a modern 100 m² villa ideal for up to 4 guests. It features 2 spacious bedrooms totaling 60 m², each with a private bathroom with sink and WC/bidet, walk-in closet, and air conditioning. One bathroom also has a shower, shared between both rooms—perfect for families or couples. One bedroom offers a small fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. The house has high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, step-free access, and interiors without stairs. Pool towels are included.



Outside, relax on your private open terrace (about 40 m² front and back) and enjoy the garden and shared outdoor pool. The pool and barbecue area are available from May 1st to October 30th, with possible restrictions depending on the season.
