🏡 Guests have full access to the villa. We do not give the premises to more than one party at a time so you have exclusive use of the villa. 🏡

→ Airbnb only allows bookings for up to 16 people, but our villa is perfect for larger groups.
→ We can host 12 guests in 6 AC bedrooms (double occupancy) or up to 18 guests with mattresses (triple occupancy).
→ The base price includes 12 guests / 6 bedrooms.
→ Extra guests above 12: INR 1,000/person/night (floor mattress), INR 2,000/person/night during peak season, plus GST.
Other things to note
🏊 Shared Pool: Phase 3 and Phase 4 each have private entrances and parking, but the central swimming pool is shared between the two villas.

→ No pets allowed.
→ No smoking indoors – permitted only in balconies or garden areas
→ No large DJ speakers permitted
→ Music outdoors only between 9am–9pm (below 55db, by court order). Strictly no fireworks or outdoor music after 9pm
→ Hosting events (e.g., weddings, anniversaries, DJ nights, or similar) requires prior government approvals. Kindly contact us in advance for guidance and assistance.
→ Valuables & personal belongings - The management cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Please use the digital locker & secure all doors/windows.
→ No large/mini buses or Tempo Travellers allowed inside. council parking available nearby
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager
→ Pool hours: 8am – 8pm only
→ Outsourced chefs must be accompanied by their own dishwashing and service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
