→ Management is not responsible for loss/theft. Please use the digital safe for valuables
→ No large/mini buses or Tempo Travellers allowed inside. council parking available nearby
→ Any damages must be settled with the on-site manager
→ Pool hours: 8am – 8pm only
→ Private chefs must bring their own dishwashing/service staff
→ Please remember this is our holiday home, not a hotel — respect the property as if it were your own/
