The villa is in an idylic, slightly elevated location, on the picturesque west coast of Corsica, with direct access to a long sandy beach a 5-10 minute walk away, yet is it only a 30-minute drive from Ajaccio. It boasts breathtaking sea views while being surrounded by mountains, with the Gulf of Liscia to the front and the Cinarca mountains, often snow-capped in winter, to the rear.

The house sits on a large, secluded plot, ensuring a peaceful holiday. A children's play area is located in the lower part of the garden.

Small shops, a bar/restaurant, and a doctor's surgery can be found in the village of Masorchia below. More shops, bars, and restaurants can be found in Tiuccia and Sagone, a little further away.
The accommodation is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor there is a very large living room and open-plan kitchen with a serving hatch to the large dining area, From the living room two sets of French doors open onto the terrace with magnificent sea views. The room is also equipped with a TV, side tables, two sofas, a large sofa bed and bookshelves.
The country-style kitchen is very well equipped, with a fridge/freezer, an additional drinks fridge, a dishwasher, an oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, two coffee makers, and a kettle.

The ground floor also has a laundry/ utility room with a washing machine , and a useful ground floor toilet

You also have the agreeable option of dining outside on the large vine covered pergola, where there is a large dining table and plenty of chairs.

Upstairs:

All four bedrooms have sea views and are furnished with a wardrobe and a solid wood chest of drawers.
Master bedroom has its own shower/toilet and dressing room next door. French doors open onto a balcony. The dressing room has a camping cot should you need one, and there is also a small baby chair, a baby bath and a high chair downstairs.
Second double bedroom. doors open onto a balcony.
Third bedroom with option of super king size or twin beds. French doors open onto a balcony.
Fourth bedroom with bunk beds and small sofa bed. This room is ideal for children,
