Muito ruim

Minha experiência foi muito ruim, desde a chegada, fiquei aguardando por mais de 2 horas a liberação do quarto, pois o que havia me reservado não estava vago. Quando entramos no quarto o chão estava molhado, o colchão sujo, e não atendeu a necessidade pois estava com as molas afundando , tampa da bacia quebrada, luz do banheiro queimada , microondas sujo, não tinha cama extra conforme foi descrito no anúncio, não tinha interfone, foi muito ruim, o apartamento precisa urgentemente de reparos, além disto o pessoal da recepção nada consegue atender pois solicitei estes reparos e não fui atendida. Fiquei muito decepcionado e vim embora antes do dia acordado. Não se hospedem neste apartamento, a administração é péssima, não tem conforto algum.

Flat completo, aconchegante e muito organizado

Fiquei hospedado no lacqua di roma lll e não tenho do que reclamar sobre a hospedagem o flat super limpo e organizado, muito tranquilo e relaxante. Mas o parque aquático ficou a desejar. A piscina de borbulha na parte da tarde e uma das piscinas quentes que ficam no Centro do parque estavam com insuportável odor de urina. No segundo dia que fiquei hospedado a piscina de borbulha é o tuboagua infantil entrou em manutenção, acho que este serviço deveria ter sido feita em um dia que o parque não estivesse em funcionamento no mais foi tudo ótimo.

Eu e minha família gostamos muito do apt., ele era bem completo e tinha 2 quartos. O parque aquático deixou a desejar pois as piscinas não estavam com a água tao quente (estavam morna para fria).
