Quarto com a porta quebrada, a luz do banheiro nao tava acendendo, a crachá da porta não funcionava fique presa.para fora tive q ir ate a recepção e pegar uma chave. Fora a distância para entra e sai do apartamento.

Infelizmente não foi uma boa experiência, as informações fornecidas no momento da reserva não condizem com as que são repassadas no check-in. Não recomendo, se vc está buscando um lugar de tranquilidade com a sua família busque outra opção. Sobre o parque aquático o mesmo é grande mas com muitas restrições de uso, estava sempre cheio e com piscinas desativadas.

Me surpreendi com a informação que não tinha roupa de cama e o serviço era terceirizado. O apartamento em si é ótimo mas as TVs estavam sem sinal. Tinha dois pratos plásticos e um deles estava sujo e cheio de formigas. A estrutura é ótima mas o serviço fica a desejar.

Não gostei de ter chegado ao estabelecimento e só então ser informada que eu não tinha direito a roupa de cama, banho e nem tampouco café da manhã. Além de estar sendo informada que eu tinha locado um apartamento de terceiros e não do hotel. O chuveiro da suíte estava saindo água quente e fria e também com o jato de água torto indo em direção à parede. Quase não consegui tomar banho direito, tive que ficar encostada na parede pra que recebesse um pouco do jato d’água. A área de lazer do hotel estava lotada, fui à piscina somente no primeiro dia e fiquei pouco tempo. Enfim, tive que procurar outro local pra utilizar piscina.

O clube em si é bom, mas o apartamento 99 do bloco G que foi oq nós hospedamos está praticamente largado no tempo, e conta com sofá sujo, geladeira mofada e cheiro de mofo no ambiente todo. É nítido que quem investiu no apartamento apenas quer lucrar, mas não deseja cuidar. Uma pena.

Falta de utensílios na cozinha

Por ter sido com proprietário (achei q seria hotel), com isso vc perde certas mordomias como roupa de cama, toalhas e lavanderia. Não tinha um copo que desse pra usar, só havia uma panela, não tinha nada para fazer café.
