It is close to the center. Interesting view, internal and nearby restaurant, supermarkets, bakery. Live sound with good music

We did not stay at this property. Upon entering the apt a foul smell was the first thing we experienced, and then other safety issues, tv didn’t work, no secure Wi-Fi as described, old a/c unit, missing and broken appliances / pans. It seemed as if no one has been there in a long long time. Even though we reported everything to VRBO, and took videos and pictures showing all the issues with the rental, we still got charged in full for a 18 day stay. We had to scramble to find another accommodation last minute. Host was aware of all the problems with the unit (even admitted he knew about the smell) and did nothing to fix it. Not a good experience to say the least. Beware.

Estádia tranquila.

Gostamos bastante do apartamento., Bairro super tranquilo, vários supermercados, farmácias, padarias, perto do centrinho, da para fazer tudo a pé.. condomínio legal, piscinas águas quentinha,sauna, jaguzzi academia e sala de jogos, tem também uma piscina com água fria.Proprietário super simpático e atencioso. Não tivemos nenhum problema com nossa estadia. Recomendo.
