Come and spend moments of leisure and relaxation in the condominium ECOLOGIC PARK DAS THERMAS, 2 bedroom apartment with 1 suite with capacity for 7 people (independent of age), all furnished, equipped kitchen, all comfort for you and your family enjoy the city of waters hot.

The Water Park has 10 thermal and cold swimming pools, one with a water slide for children, as well as a wet bar, a sauna and barbecue grills.

The visitor has at his disposal a full restaurant, snack bar, game room, tennis court, beach volleyball and beach soccer field.

**General observations**

- ECOLOGIC PARK DAS THERMAS is 1.5km from the central square of Caldas.
- The opening hours of the pools are from 7 am to midnight.
- Guests must bring personal toiletries, bed linen / towels (we recommend bringing pillows).
- The apartment has a full kitchen including basic utensils such as cutlery / pans.
- Cleaning, water and light fees are already included in the daily rate (the guest must wash the dishes and the stove before vacating the apartment).

Gostei do ambiente

Gostamos muito das piscinas, organização, limpeza na parte comum do condomínio, piscinas, bar, etc. Porém o imóvel não estava limpo, e a cozinha com pouquíssimos utensílios e os que tinham muito velhos, mas estava tudo funcionando, exceto a descarga da suíte. Mas gostamos sim, basta dar uma melhorada nesses aspectos. E quem for precisa levar tudo inclusive pano de chão,

Estadia agradável

O condomínio é muito organizado, limpo e os empregados muito educados e atenciosos. O apartamento falta alguns utensílios de cozinha, mas não tivemos nenhum problema. Voltaremos com certeza 🙂

O apto em sim é bom ("), o pessoal da administração foram muito atenciosos, tive problemas com uma torneira da suíte que estava estragada, o Ar condicionado da Suíte é muito velho e obsoleto, muita sujeira sem contar que não existem mais controle remoto nem painel. O ventilador de teto do segundo quarto estava um pouco frouxo, causando medo de romper e machucar alguém. O que mais decepcionamos foi com a forma com que os hospede do Condomínio se portaram, para se ter uma ideia teve até Polícia no Condomínio para conduzir hospedes até a delegacia em razão de briga entre hospedes, o que nos deixou bastante preocupados, já que estávamos em Família. Tivemos problemas com os elevadores, que não estavam funcionando direito, ora sim ora não. A localização do Condomínio é muito ruim, rua esburacada, sem contar que a quantidades de carros estacionados em frente dificultava o acesso de quem ali se hospedavam. Resumindo: O pessoal que alugaram o apto foram super atenciosos, mas o Condomínio é muito ruim. Desculpa a franqueza mas não me hospedaria novamente nesse Condomínio. É isso!!!

Surpresa negativa

Em resumo achei o atendimento de vocês até a reserva excelente. Com relação a hospedagem, deixou muito a desejar, ainda iria formalizar a reclamação. Com relação ao apartamento: não tinha Wi-Fi conforme mencionado, sinal 0. Poucos utensílios de cozinha, e os mesmos não estavam limpos adequadamente, tivemos que refazer a limpeza, ar condicionado fazendo muito barulho não tive condições de dormir com ele ligado, com relação às piscinas, todas muito sujas a partir das 19:00, o pessoal não fez rodízio liberando piscinas limpas para o período noturno. Na saída tivemos que esperar quase 40 minutos para realizarem vistoria de saída do apartamento. O preço muito acima de mercado pelo que foi oferecido. Sinceramente Não costumo pegar flats em caldas, prefiro os hotéis, mas esta foi uma das piores experiências que tive, pouco conforto, e custo beneficio baixíssimo.

Chegamos no apartamento e nos deparamos com o local velho, na sala almofadas mofadas, utensílios de cozinha velhos e com muita marca de uso, nos quartos o mesmo mofo da sala, colchões horríveis, desconfortáveis e com buraco no meio, ar condicionado mega antigo. Enfim de longe foi o pior lugar que já ficamos em caldas, o clube do local é bom, mas o apartamento não indico a ninguém.

Ecologic Park

Gostamos muito do local, (condomínio em geral e apartamento). As piscinas são ótimas e limpas, o apartamento é bom e espaçoso só o chuveiro da suíte estava com defeito e o forno do fogão não funcionava, queríamos fazer um assado e não foi possível mas isso não impediu que a nossa estadia fosse tranquila. Tirando isso foi muito bom passar essa temporada lá e com certeza vamos voltar.

No Geral estou satisfeito, o preço foi justo. So alguns detalhes como falta de cobertores, não lembro de ver no anúncio que precisava levar, se havia, séria melhor destacar, principalmente nessa época de frio. No mais o local é bom e cumpre com o esperado.
