O quarto estava em boas condições mas a limpeza não colaborou. Não fizeram a troca das roupas de banho e nem das de cama. Não fizeram a limpeza geral. Os talheres deveria ter um detergente com a esponja para que pudéssemos utilizar melhor. Houve barata dentro do apto. Enfim, é de suma importância a limpeza do local que não foi feita. Em geral é um ótimo lugar mas nessas condições eu espero ter uma estadia em um lugar melhor e que trabalhem de acordo com o anúncio. No dia em que cheguei com a família, o parque aquático não estava funcionando, pois estava em manutenção. Achei isso muito ruim.

O quarto estava impecável, tudo limpo. Roupas de cama de ótimas qualidade. Ar condicionado silencioso. Na piscina do clube o ruim é que as crianças não tem liberdade pra brincar, o salva vidas reclama de tudo até da bóia. O Parque aquático é maravilhoso. Nota 10.

Apartamento bem limpo e organizado. Equipe atenciosa e prestativa. A única observação é deixar uma informação mais clara a respeito do acompanhamento de menor na estadia. Por ter uma declaração de viagem e não de hospedagem, perdi um dia de estadia, dentro do cartório pra poder fazer outra autorização por causa de uma palavra. Faltou um acesso claro a respeito.

Viagem em família

Hotel com uma cama de casal boa, o sofa cama é bem ruim e duro. O apartamento atende bem as necessidade com pratos, copos, geladeira e microondas. Tem ar condicionado e tv com alguns canais fechados. As dependências do hotel são boas. Piscinas aquecidas com parte coberta. Tem uma brinquedoteca bacana e jogos para adultos. Recepção grande e com poltronas aconchegante. Os elevadores, os 4, não dão conta de tanta gente indo ao parque, fazendo chek in e chek out. Todos os dias tivemos acesso ao Diroma. O parque é muito bom. Ficamos satistefeitos com a estadia no geral.
