resort bom, no entanto o apartamento que nos disponibilizaram não tinha sequer utensílios básicos, atém da TV não ter controle remoto para mudar os canais, e ao solicitar, não fui atendido.

Aluguel sem ser pelo hotel não recomendável

Aluguel um quarto e o expedia ou locatário em nenhum momento deixou claro que o aluguel seria por um proprietário particular e não pelo próprio hotel Com isso o quarto não tinha roupa de cama, travesseiros e toalha de banho, o sofá cama era horrível E por não ser comunicado previamente tive que comprar travesseiros, roupa de cama e colchas ou seja um custo adicional não previsto O locatário pra ajudar conseguiu apenas um colchão adicional o que fez com que o sofá cama ficasse melhor e minhas conseguissem dormir Lamentável, o primeiro dia foi terrível a pior experiência que ja tive A parte das Piscinas e café da manhã são ótimos Mas a comunicação é lamentável pois não deixa claro as condições da locação O dinheiro mais mal gasto que ja tive Nota zero no geral para a condição de comunicação do locatário e expedia
