Falta de respeito

Fiquei no quarto 106. Simplesmente o hotel retirou o botão do ar condicionado que regula o tipo de função, deixando travado na função ventilar. Reclamei com a recepção para trocar de quarto e a informação foi que o Hoteis.com alugava direto com o proprietário e que ali não era um hotel. Enfim... resultado, calor a noite toda. Não volto e não recomento.

Fomos mal atendidos, primeiro não queriam fornecer roupa de cama para a criança que estava na reserva e, depois, cobraram novamente a taxa de 8,00 reais por pessoa que já havíamos pago no ato pelo aplicativo. A nossa tarifa era 101,00, com a taxa foi pra 109,00. Cobraram esses 8,00 novamente no balcão.

Localização excelente,porém os quartos são equipados com ar-condicionados antigos(ultrapassados,com muito ruído,pouca eficiência)tirando estes detalhes fomos muito bem acomodados,quartos amplos e bem mobiliados e esperamos em breve voltar para mais uma férias em família!

Hotel agradável e perto do HOT PARK

Gostamos do Hotel e suas áreas comuns em geral. Quanto ao apartamento, não estava pronto quando chegamos, sem roupa de cama e sujo. Além disso não havia utensílios domésticos para cocção de alimentos. A TV não pegava quase nenhum canal e os que pegavam estavam ruins. Parecia mal cuidado.

Próximo a serviços como mercados, farmácia, sorveteria, pizzaria, da feirinha de comida que ocorre em alguns dias à noite e da entrada da Pousada do Rio Quente. Café da manhã por peso baixo custo. Alguns flats têm telas de proteção na sacada.

Bom, mas precisa melhorar o atendimento.

Recepção do Hotel atende de má vontade. Péssimo treinamento. Não vimos nenhuma vontade em nos receber bem, ajudar com as malas, dar informações de boa vontade. O quarto é bom, e atende as necessidades básicas de um casal com até 3 filhos. (5 pessoas) Muito perto do hot park. Comércio ao redor com padarias e lanchonetes atende bem as refeições. Economizam nas toalhas. Trocam de dois em dois dias, e não oferecem toalhas para a piscina. Se passa do horário das 20h, tudo fica mais difícil.

O maior problema foi a piscina. A única piscina quente, estava quente demais, ninguém entrou, e as outras piscinas muito frias. Portanto não deu para aproveitar o principal que se busca num hotel em Caldas Novas ou Rio Quente.

A localização é ótima, a estrutura do quarto razoável, mas faltou um ar condicionado ou ventilador para o ambiente da sala e o wifi praticamente não funcionou no quarto que fiquei. Faltou travesseiros para as pessoas que ficam na sala, haja vista que a cobrança é feita por pessoa. Se a cobrança fosse para 2 pessoas está ok!, mas acho que no mínimo deveriam alertar. O assento do vaso sanitário bem danificado.

O atendimento da equipe de serviço do hotel é fenomenal, em tudo o que foi solicitado junto a recepção fomos atendidos de imediato. O lugar é tranquilo, não recomendo para quem gosta de lugar agitado, piscinas limpas, água na temperatura adequada. Sobre o quarto em que ficamos o que deixou a desejar foi o aparelho de ar condicionado, modelo antigo. Banheiro amplo e limpo!!
