This is your holiday home.Use of the Barbecue:The use of the barbecue may be limited or prohibited according to municipal ordinances, especially during the summer months, due to fire riskPersons on the property:· The house is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.Check-in:· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.Damage deposit of 500 euros to be paid upon arrival.For groups under 25 years old, the security deposit is 1000 euros.Payment can be made by blocking a bank card or in cash.In the case of cash payment, they must provide an IBAN number to enable refund by bank transfer.
