Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms. Staff very professional, polite and accommodating. Free breakfast is always appreciated and 24/7 free coffee was terrific. Even though sold out, there was plenty of parking. We were there from Arizona for tournament at the College of Idaho and hotel property in as very close and convenient.

The rooms themselves are quiet, meaning I didn't hear anyone around me, but the hotel is close to the main highway, so you can hear that. The breakfast was great- bagels and cream cheese, make your own waffles, scrambled eggs, and bacon and homestyle potatoes, oatmeal, and toppings, three different cereals, yogurt, fruit, latte machine, juices. they have a lot of store where you can buy snacks and drinks, including white claws :-) & they sell nice wine. The staff was incredibly nice! we do not use the pool, hot tub or gym, but they looked nice.

The only complaint was that they would not give me my reward points because I booked through Expedia. I only did that because I was unable to get into the Best Western site. They said a lot of people were complaining about that.
