Zentral gelegene 3-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung in normalem Standard

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen. Mit zwei Schlafzimmern bietet sie Platz für bis zu vier Personen. Wir waren zu dritt, das ist eigentlich die perfekte Anzahl an Gästen. Die Vermieter (Sprachen spanisch und englisch) waren sehr hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar (sie wohnen zwar nicht vor Ort, regeln aber trotzdem alles und haben jemanden, der sich vor Ort kümmert). So wurde uns auch zum Beispiel für einen kleinen Obolus die Zwischenreinigung angeboten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 5. Etage (mit Aufzug) eines Wohnhauses, was den Blick auf das Meer ermöglicht. Sie verfügt über einen großen Balkon, eine separate Küche sowie über Rollläden auf der Sonnenseite. Das Haus liegt an der Haupttrasse des Ortes, was einerseits natürlich nicht unbedingt zur Ruhe beiträgt, aber andererseits schnelles Fortkommen sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Bus ins Landesinnere oder die umliegenden Ortschaften ermöglicht. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, kleine Supermärkte und verschiedene Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Zum Strand geht man in maximal 5-6 Minuten. Der Sand ist leicht grobkörnig, was bedeutet, dass er sich nicht in Kleidung und Handtüchern verfängt und einfach abzuschütteln ist. Der Ort ist bei spanischen Familien sehr beliebt sowie bei deutschen (und anderen) Jugendlichen. Das urtümliche Einkaufsviertel ist in 10-13 Gehminuten erreicht. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich für den Gebäudekomplex ein Swimmingpool, für dessen Benutzung aber eine Klubmitgliedschaft vorliegen muss, die die Vermieter nicht eingegangen sind (keine Beschwerde, nur ein Hinweis). Also nicht wundern, der Pool darf nicht benutzt werden. Da das Meer aber so nah ist, ist eine Abkühlung jederzeit garantiert. Am Strand befinden sich ebenfalls Bars/Restaurants. Man kann sich Schirme und Liegen mieten, es gibt aber auch genug andere Flächen. Direkt vor dem Haus befinden sich Parkplätze (Parkticket 6 Euro/24 Stunden). Am anderen Ortsende (ca. 20 Gehminuten) befindet sich der Bahnhof, von wo aus man in 70 Minuten nah entlang der Küste zum Beispiel nach Barcelona fahren kann (10€ für hin und rück). Fazit: die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen perfekt, nicht ruhig gelegen, der Standard der Wohnung ist gut und ausreichend. Der Ort ist für Strandurlauber und Partyliebhaber perfekt, wer es etwas landestypischer /ruhiger /idyllischer mag, hat die Möglichkeit, das Umland mit dem Zug, dem Bus oder dem Auto zu erkunden. Vielleicht kommen wir wieder;-)
