The accommodation has free WiFi, centralised air conditioning (all rooms are air-conditioned), and a parking space (3 minutes from the apartment) for a medium-sized vehicle.



Ideal apartment for families or couples. Its layout is as follows:

Responsible use of air conditioning is requested. It should not be left on if you are not in the apartment. All windows and balcony doors must be closed when it is running.

Accommodation just 5 minutes' walk from the beach, one of the best beaches on the coast.



Ideally located a stone's throw from the town centre with very good restaurants, supermarkets and shops of all kinds in the surrounding area which you can reach on foot.



The apartment area is quiet, yet close to all the entertainment and the town centre, which are less than 10 minutes' walk away.



Excellent location for walks through the town centre or along the beautiful seafront promenade.



Ideal for coming without a car from anywhere in the world as it is very well connected.



The train station is about 650 metres away, where you can take the train to Barcelona (approx 1 hour) or Blanes (approx 15 minutes)



THIS APARTMENT HAS CENTRALISED AIR CONDITIONING, WE REQUEST RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION. YOU HAVE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE 100 kWh/WEEK (15 kWh/DAY). EXTRA CONSUMPTION, 1.00 €/kWh.



People in the property:

· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time in the property.



CHECK-IN:

· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.

· It is mandatory that all guests present a legal official identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.



Key collection takes place at our office from 16:00 to 19:00

. Option to deliver keys at the accommodation for an additional cost of 20 euros to be paid at the time of key delivery. This service must be requested in advance.

*Please note that there may be a delay in the delivery of keys at the accommodation due to reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.



Out of hours arrival:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price £50 per booking (payment on arrival)

· Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price £100 per booking (payment on arrival)

· Out of hours check-in option with security box at the office at no cost.



- No refund or financial compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow it to be managed as quickly as possible.



· Failure to present on the check-in day will result in no refund of the reservation.



· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1.75 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Security deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer



Cleaning:

. The accommodation must be left properly tidy, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per booking, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's rates, to be charged on-site by the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.



· No parties or celebrations are permitted on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must vacate the accommodation immediately.



· Pets are allowed. The cost is €6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights the maximum cost per pet will be €42/booking.



IMPORTANT:

In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure they collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.



It is forbidden to light candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire in the home.



No beach towels are provided.



- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) accepts no responsibility for theft or burglary of property or any loss during your stay.
