New 2014 Provencal style house located in a small quiet subdivision on the edge of the towns of Calvi and Calenzana, 3km from the beaches, 6km from the GR20 and 8km from the airport.
We have a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, the citadel of Calvi and a small sea view.
Nearby (1km) you will find bakery / patisserie, a fitness center, a newly created municipal swimming pool.
Big Casino area and Super U at 5kms.
It consists of 2 air-conditioned units of 73m2 each with a terrace of 28m2 and its garden, 1 kitchen open to living room, 3 bedrooms.

Schönes Haus

Sehr schönes, sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Lage etwas außerhalb in einem Wohngebiet, aber dennoch nicht weit entfernt von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Der nahe gelegene Flughafen stört nicht.

Maison calanzana

Très bon séjour de 15 jours passés en famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants Aout 2024. Il faut savoir que le bâtiment est séparé en 2 maisons avec la même entrée pour les voitures mais bien entendu chacun son entrée de maison. Nous avions la vue coté citadelle, superbe! Mais attaqué par les guêpes le matin et midi et le soir les moustiques dommage car la terrasse est top avec une banquette en plus d'une grande table pour 6. Le store par contre est incontrôlable il s'ouvre et se ferme automatiquement selon le vent. La maison est spacieuse avec climatisation uniquement dans le salon. Problème concernant la vaisselle très très ancienne et pas cohérente et surtout Énorme problème pour le ramassage des poubelles tous les 15 jours et pas forcément effectués. Nos bacs étaient pleins à notre arrivée.... Et un petit bac de déchets ménager pour 2 maisons de 6 = 12 il faudrait absolument le remplacer par un grand bac comme pour les plastiques/emballages. Ce fut très compliqué pendants 15jours a ce niveau....... La personne de contact sur place (Ryzlaine) est d'une grande gentillesse et de très bons conseils, une très belle personne!

Maison très agréable

De belles vacances en famille !! Location conforme à la description du propriétaire. Une personne gestionnaire,de la maison,nous accueille.Très à l’écoute et accessible dès que l’on a besoin d’elle.Très sympathique. Maison très fonctionnelle,très propre et très agréable,proche de Calvi,tout en étant au calme. Je recommande vivement.

Bien avec un petit bémol.

Tout bien, sauf les serviettes et les draps qui viennent avec un coup additionnel... J'ai beaucoup voyagé dans ma vie, c'est la première fois qu'on me demandait de payer pour avoir des draps et des serviettes. Et contrairement à ce que l'on nous a dit, ce n'est pas une généralité en Corse. Nos deux autres logements de ces vacances en étaient pourvus gratuitement. Impossibilité aussi de charger la voiture électrique (que le loueur nous avait imposé).

Excellent séjour Calvi

L accueil est très chaleureux. Nous avons été conseillé sur les endroits à visiter daLa location est idéalement placé entre Calvi et Calenzana. La maison est très bien équipé avec une grande douche, les chambres sont spacieuses. La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables avec une vue au loin de la citadelle de Calvi. Si j' ai la chance de retourner en Corse . Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cette location.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Doppelhaushälfte, alles Sauber und alles hat funktioniert, kurze Wege zu den sehr schönen Stränden und in die Berge. Nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeit für den täglichen Bedarf. Der kleine Flughafen in der Nähe hat uns nicht gestört.

Logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé

Par contre, il y a deux logements. Cela serait bien de préciser vue mer (citadelle de Calvi) OU vue montagne, les deux étant très belle. Sinon très spacieux, avec un équipement bien pensé et pratique. On s'y sent bien que ce soit à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur.

Maison agréable et très confortable

La maison est très bien équipée, très propre à notre arrivée, adaptée même pour les touts petitṣ. La terrasse est très agréable, particulièrement au coucher du soleil sur Calvi. Nous y prenions tout nos repas. Bonne situation entre Calvi et Calenzana, des maisons en construction autour. Excellente communication avec la personne sur place, fluide, facile. A recommander !

Schönes Haus mit einigen Abstrichen

Das Haus ist insgesamt in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sämtliche Installationen haben funktioniert. Die Zufahrts- strasse war jeweils am Morgen u. Abend stark befahren, da in diesem Quartier auch einige Einheimische wohnen. Der nahe gelegene Flughafen Calvi hingegen, war kein Störfaktor.

Sehr modernes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr hell und modern eingerichtet. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist unterschiedlich farblich ausgestattet, sehr großer Wohlfühlfaktor. Das vom Badezimmer getrennte WC ist ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet ( u.a. mit einem Induktionsherd). Den Strand von Lumio erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man bei dem neu erbauten Sparmarkt Richtung Calvi (sehr empfehlenswert). Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht.
