Villa / Family house located between the village of Calenzana and the bay of Calvi.
Ideal for 5 families with children.
Of a surface of 350m2 habitable and 6000m2 of ground (3000m2 in paysagé and 3000m2 in maquis).
The terraces with pool are very well exposed, spread over 450m2.
The shops, the village, the sea and Calvi are 5 minutes by car.
The mountain with its natural pools is less than an hour away.
The departure of the GR20 is in the village of Calenzana.
We have only few comments because we rent more live than the site, too bad!

Villa offrant beaucoup de place et idéale pour les groupes hétérogènes. Cette habitation nous a permis de vivre une semaine en famille (10 adultes et 3 ados) sans être les uns sur les autres. L’équipement et la vaisselle étaient également en suffisance.

Great Location and Great Villa

This is a great Villa that has just come on the market to rent. We were the first. Group of guys in the area for business. The Villa has plenty of room to allow everyone to have their own space. The recent renovations have been completed to a high standard and the Villa has all the necessary equipment you would expect. The point of contact you are given is very helpful and will immediately sort out any issues you may have. The owner is still improving on the property so I see it getting better and better. We found the property quite difficult to find even though it’s on a main road. Make sure you get as much information as possible to avoid hunting up and down the road for it. Stunning views and a very homely feel - I would definitely recommend and if business brings me back to the area again, I would definitely save the time and book this straight off. A little Gem in a stunning area.

Excellente situation, proche des plages et de la montagne, qualité des équipements, vastes espaces conviviaux dans cette villa de 350 m2 dont une véranda couverte offrant une vue sur la baie de Calvi et les montagnes de Calenzana. La grande piscine est un attrait supplémentaire.

La maison est idéale pour un séjour entre amis, elle est grande, dispose de nombreuses chambres et salle de bain. Il y a 3 cuisines dont 1 extérieure, très pratique pour les repas à nombreux. Nous avons passé une super semaine !

A recommander !

Une très belle propriété avec une vue imprenable. Les espaces de vie sont spacieux et très agréables, très bien meublés. Rien ne manque à la vie en communauté (Frigos, barbecues, accessoires de piscines, ustensiles de cuisine... et bien plus encore encore). La villa est de surcroît très proche de Calvi et sa citadelle. À recommander sans hésitation.

Superbe maison !

Cette villa est parfaite pour des vacances entre amis. De nombreux couchages, tous les équipements nécessaires, un emplacement calme, une belle vue sur le maquis. Le top ! La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. La piscine est idéale pour se rafraîchir ou se détendre les pieds dans l'eau. Proche de Calvi, Ile rousse et Calenzana, la maison saura ravir toutes vos attentes (randonnées, plages, restaurants et activités...). La personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil sur place est adorable et très disponible. En bref : un superbe séjour dans une super maison !
