Enjoy brand-new appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, and a big living space —ideal for families, business travelers, or a peaceful city stay. Ideal for short term and extended stays. This is a Lower unit in the house.
No smoking or vaping inside the unit
• No cannabis use inside the unit or anywhere on the property
• No parties, events, or large gatherings
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight
• Please remove shoes inside the unit
• Respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum at all times
• Children and infants are welcome; please supervise them at all times
• Please keep the property clean and tidy
• Dispose of garbage and recycling properly
• Do not move furniture without permission
• Report any damage or issues promptly
• Turn off lights and appliances when not in use
• Follow all posted safety instructions and local regulations
