Ok place
This property was not as clean as I had hoped. It;s obvious that animals have stayed in this place and it smelled accordingly. Some of the beds were not clean. It was mediocre at best. Would not return.

Golf Trip
Stayed for a golf trip with the boys. The place was exactly as advertised. The area has lots to offer and neighborhood is nice. Would recommend for short stays.

VRBO is awful
This is the worst short term, rental host I have ever dealt with. No communication no check-in instructions. He did not respond to any of my messages. 3 PM on the day of check-in I decided to call it VRBO. After being on the phone for three hours, I finally got a hold of the host. He gave me the number to the property manager to get check-in instructions from. The property manager said there were guests staying in the home and that it wasn’t available. I called VRBO back to advise them of the situation and to get a refund. It’s been almost a week and I’ve gotten no confirmation from Vrbo of the cancellation or my refund. I will never book with Vrbo again. This host is inapt and irresponsible. He really should look for another line of work. Zero stars.

Great place to see when out and about in Calgary
Very large house for the price! Keypad entry meant it was easy for coming and going with our group. Two car driveway + garage. Lots of bedrooms meant lots of privacy for everyone. A/C unit on main floor and ceiling fans upstairs (master bedroom did not work). Clean bathrooms with soap and shampoo. However only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a reservation with a group people did not last long and we had to buy more ourselves. Odd mystery room downstairs with lights on and locked glass doors. Dishwasher did not clean very well. Despite these technical issues, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back for our annual visit to Calgary.

Accommodating.. but could use some updating.
Overall the property wasn't bad for a family. Definitely more spacious & affordable than going to a Hotel for the time we were there! It is an older house, which is clear from the general condition of rooms, carpets, fixtures, etc. But still functional. There were things that definitely could use attention (for e.g. the ensuite bathroom fan - that roared like a lawnmower when On!). Also the backyard/outdoor space wasn't really useable by the kids, due to some of the clutter & unkept trees, grass & shrubs - not to mention piles of lumber & household appliances being stored outside. Nonetheless, if you're looking for something that is more affordable & has the functionality and space of a house, this would be a great option! The owner was easy to deal with & accommodating to our needs, so that was helpful. Overall, I could definitely stay here again. Thanks.
