I was given room 123. Leaking tub tap, moldy smelling, funky water tap smell in sink. I complained. Then moved to 402 - I had to have a service staff member fix the air system and tv cable as they were not working when I got into the room. Then later when I went to bed and pulled covers back, the sheet had a blood stain which they replaced with fresh set of sheets. Why did housekeeping use these sheets to begin with?!. The tap water is undrinkable - you need to buy water for drinking at their vending machine. I will never stay here again

We stayed one night. It wasn’t bad but it was very noisy by the road and from other rooms. The windows were pretty icky but the beds were very comfy and clean. Check in and out was quick. Pool was great and very clean!

We pre booked and I’m fighting for my money back. We pulled in the parking and immediately made a reso somewhere else. The photos on the listing do NOT look like the property. The building had chucks of concrete missing. The people hanging around the property was extremely sketchy and unwelcoming. Imagine paying for something and not even wanting to walk inside. Hotels.com or the hotel need to make this right.

I do not recommend this hotel. The area felt unsafe, especially at night, and the surroundings were dirty and poorly maintained. Strange activity outside, and absolutely no sense of security. Definitely not a place for families or solo travelers.

The hotel is decent and reasonably priced. If possible, request a room with a low number (below 120, 220, or 320), as rooms farther back are closer to the Pacific Railway and the C-Train, which can be noisy. Fortunately, the air conditioning worked well, so I didn’t need to open the windows despite the noise. The hotel’s proximity to the C-Train is a major plus if you have business downtown—there’s a direct access door to the parking that leads the platform, making it just a quick 15-minute ride to the city center.
