Love the pet room with nice flooring and the bed is comfortable. Disappointed in the shuttle service, we were told pick up was at 8:50pm had to call back when no one showed and then had to wait until 9:20 pm. Not good when you have been travelling all day!!

Don’t stay here if value customer service.

Except for the drivers that shuttled us to and from the airport, the service members were rude and condescending with every encounter. When we needed help early in the morning, the person at the front desk was no where to be found. I had to call the desk from my phone to get anyone to come out to help us. The rooms were okay, but nothing special, definitely not good enough to overlook the quality of service.
