Welcome to your spacious 3-bedroom home in North Calgary, just 10 minutes from YYC Airport



Located in a quiet, established neighborhood, this well-maintained home offers a practical layout with plenty of space for families, groups, and work stays



The main floor features two separate living areas, including a cozy lounge with a wood-burning fireplace and a second living space with recliners and a TV, perfect for relaxing or movie nights.



The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for short or extended stays, along with a dining area for 6 and a kitchen island for additional space.



Upstairs, you’ll find three well-sized bedrooms with comfortable beds (2 queens, 1 king) and 2.5 bathrooms, making it easy for groups to stay together without feeling crowded. Step outside to a private backyard with a deck and patio seating, perfect for relaxing during your stay.
