Staff was very helpful, especially the evening staff. The accessibility of the "accessible room" is questionable. The toliet grab bar is not angled, the shower is not a roll-in shower, the shower bench offered was not a transfer bench so a wheelchair person can't use it, our wheelchair person had no bathing facilities for our stay. The bed was too high to safely transfer themselves on and off, so our wheelchair person slept sitting up in the arm chair. Other than finding the accessible options a disappointment, everything else was above expectation. i would recommend this place to anyone (unless they are in a wheelchair) Thank you for the lovely stay.

Parking was difficult in the back with the rain. Birds or animals got in the garbage and made a mess. Hotel was quiet and location convenient. Free continental breakfast was good on a daily basis. Check in staff was very nice. Rear parking was a little dark.

we stayed at the Best WesternPlus in Dauphin which was excellent and expected the same type of hotel layout-bedroom configuration and found there is no comparison between the hotels. So the hotel is ok however the expected amenities are absent. Only 1 face cloth for 3 persons, carpet worn/absent in a few areas. Dauphin BW+ definitely spoiled us!
