The basement pool and hot tub were a secret we did not know about and we have stayed several times. perfect and peaceful when you want to get away from the waterslides, which are also fantastic, but can get crowded! : )

Had a pool side room, it was great. Access to the hot tub right from my room. Food in the lounge was good with good service. Front desk staff were friendly and approachable. Airport shuttle. Would stay there again.

Check in was quick and they were quick to get a roll up bed to our room. The dinning options were good, service was quick and food was good. Pool was great and there were towels available when we left.

The hotel is clean and updated, the rooms are very large and there are multiple variations of setups. The waterpark is organized chaos. You have to book an hour slot for the waterpark between 6-10pm.
