Most of the staff was pleasant however one lady at the front desk was quite miserable to deal with. Hot water runs out, uncomfortable bed. Will not be back!!!

This hotel provided the greatest value, cleanliness and luxury for the cost compared to all other hotels that we stayed at during our drive across Canada. Also provided in the room was thoughtful and useful items such as a separate lighted makeup mirror.

Buffet breakfast not included on tbe payment. We pay for the buffet for $18 but have limited food selections. In the afternoon, we bought coffee in their restaurant but they don't have cake to offer so we bought outside but they won't allow us to brought it inside. No bathtub.

First room had lots of hair on the bed. Was given another room, it also had hairs. The bed was very soft, which some may enjoy but for myself it wasn't comfortable. The area was a bit run down and industrial. The hotel common areas were very nice, and the restaurant had quick service to the room and a lot of variety on the menu for breakfast. It was alright.
