This bright, clean and quiet legal 2br basement suite centrally located near University of Calgary, SAIT, Foothills Hospital, Market Mall, and easy access to Banff. Comfortable and practical bedrooms, open living area and functional kitchen make it a pleasant space to relax, cook, or work. Queen + twin beds, best for small family of 3; futon for one extra guest. Enjoy a private entrance from the backyard, free ensuite laundry, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and naturally cool temperature in summer. A gas fireplace adds cozy atmosphere in winter.

The space:
The entrance is located in the backyard. Upon entering the suite, the two-piece bathroom is on your right hand side. At the two end of the small hallway, the left is the master bedroom with a queen bed, and the right is the second bedroom with a twin bed. The shower cell is next to the second bedroom.

Walking down a few steps, you will enter the living room and kitchen. The laundry room is on the left side of the living room with a label on the door. Workspace on the right.

Other things to note:
The bedrooms, living room and kitchen are very spacious. The bathroom and shower cell are small, not ideal for big person.
