We had a wonderful stay. The staff are amazing & the hotel is an experience being at the airport while feeling like a private hotel. It is expensive but it was worth it! Highly recommend.

Stayed here after getting in from a long haul red eye from Spain. Our connector flight to our small town left the next morning. So convenient! Lovely room. Went for breakfast in the morning and it was excellent. A great way to finish off a trip stress free

Ordered room service. Hot meal came in a cardboard container. Tried to cut the food with a wooden knife, which just tore up both food and.paper plate. Food was good.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient. The bed was delightfully comfy. For being a hotel right at the airport it was very quiet and I had a great sleep. Would stay here again. My only complaint would be the cost was quite high.

I liked the location. I found the handheld only shower head difficult to use. I would have preferred a fixed shower head. There was no robe in the room.The air conditioning was very loud and the worker who came to the room couldn’t change the settings either. Hardly any channels on the tv. I wasn’t told in advance that a $25 fee was charged to use a credit card when paying the bill. I would have chosen to use debit had I been informed.

Dining is too limited for the amount that you pay for the rooms. The airport restaurants are excellent, compared to the hotel eating choices. The food court should be a representation of the airport terminal restaurants.
