Excessive deposit at check in when the room was pre-paid. Construction outside not the fault of the hotel but would have appreciated them notifying us of the limitations getting in to the valet. Lovely dinner at One18 restaurant onsite. Sad no pool there.

Construction all night- no warning no apology

There was 24 hour non-stop construction noise all around the hotel, which was very loud from the room. Neither the hotel or hotels.com warned about the construction. We only booked the room as a stop over to get some sleep before our next flight the following day. Neither of us slept at all. Do not stay here. Reception did not care about our disruptive sleep as they had already been paid. Expecting a full refund.

Close to restaurants, good city vibe. Hotel is a noisy. They provide ear plugs on the night table... so they know it. Front desk staff.. some great some, meh.
