I was disappointed in this property as it looked nice online, however the room was old and tired and the washroom barely fit the sink, toilet and shower. It was in need of a refresh. There was a party in the pool after 11 and lucky me, I was facing the pool. Even luckier was these people were in the room beside me and partied until 3 am. I was not impressed given I had to get up for an early flight. Needless to say our team will not return to this property.

We love staying here when in town for medical appointments. The staff are always so friendly, check in is so easy and parking is close by. We also like that the room comes with a breakfast.

Another goodnight stay

We had a great over nigjt stay after we moved rooms. First room was located right above one of their party rooms and the music and party guests screaming made for an unpleasant experience. However, after we asked how long the party would go on for, which would be some time after midnight, Cindy from the front desk moved us up a few floors.

I was kept up all night by party goers. I was not told that being on the 2nd floor meant I would get to listen to a party below me till 11pm the first night and midnight the second night. Also had people partying in the rooms around me till 1am. Really not awesome. The steam room was broken as well. And then gym was missing a 20lbs weight and both 25lbs weights.

Hotel is in great location with many shopping and dining options nearby. Rooms have been upgraded but hallways are a little less desirable. Staff is very courteous and the heated outdoor pool is nice in January.
