Only one elevator works in a hotel this large. That is suicidal especially when you need a room key to go to your floor. Then the room key dies and you need to go back to desk then wait another hour for the elevator. It would be different if the elevators normally both work but everytime i come here one isnt working. Its a problem. Other than that the hotel is great!

Great staff always helpful. Room I was in heat wasn’t working they Immediately changed me to another. Really appreciate that and didn’t have to carry all my luggage down and back up. It’s the small things that make a stay great.

The staff are great, the food was good. Amazing fresh bread baked in house. It's a older hotel, so we could definitely hear lots of noise. Renowned rooms could be better. The bed was comfortable and clean. They were down to one elevator which it seemed to take awhile to come. Just a couple small things and it would be 5 stars.
