Front desk staff very friendly. Room very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. No breakfast offered. Limited parking. Blackout curtains worked very well. Bathroom awkward - light outside the toilet with the fan automatically attached and a glass door that squeaked, all of which made it difficult to use in the middle of the night without waking others in your room. Also, we were on a bottom floor and we heard footsteps and distinctive voices from above. I would recommend staying in a top floor for that reason.

This is a great little motel. It is spotless clean with a comfortable bed. Even has firm or soft pillows. Budget friendly and 1/2 the price of the brand hotels up the road. Very convienent location in West Calgary. Staff are friendly, accomodating, and show genuine care that you will have a nice stay and experience. Would recommend a stay here.

Unfortunately we used to LOVE staying here. I believe possibly the ownership has changed. I’m unsure. But I’ve stated previously a few times and always had a good experience. This time, not great at all. Started at check in. Stops around for almost 15 mins. I called the hotel from standing inside the hotel. No answer. Yelled multiple times “hello”. Went into the back room yelling hello. Was just ready to leave when a guy came walking through the parking lot “surprised” that someone was at the office. Check in went okay after waiting for the person to find us. After checking in the room looked good. Bathroom is TINY. Shower was TINY, VERY TINY. Bed was nice. Room is clean. What has REALLY upset me, is that for the very first time in over 30 YEARS of traveling, I’ve had a company charge my card an incidental charge. They’re claiming we kept a robe, worth about $15-$20 at best, and they’re charging my card $75. They say they have a “triple verification system” to verify how many robes they have or something. And that we kept one. Which we did not. I explained we didn’t keep a robe. I’m 265lbs the robe didn’t even close. lol. They’re meant for smaller people for sure. Anyway. I said if you want to keep my $75 I’ll be leaving reviews everywhere I can. They’re doubling down. So here is my honest assessment of the hotel. Bed was nice. Area is very sketchy. Bathroom is absolutely cramped. Room is clean. Rooms are noisy. New management sucks terribly. Watch your deposit…

My boyfriend and I stayed here recently. At first super cute motel, but when it came time to sleep, we could literally hear other people stomping around next to us, and we were on the 2nd floor. Walls were paper thin, sleep wasn’t great at all. I understand being an older establishment. In the morning we could hear people having intercourse, very very loudly. Not pleasant or pleased with our stay, aside from the kind front desk people, and the cleanliness was good!
