This is a new legal basement apartment with 2 beds and 1 bath and a separate private entrance. This suite has all appliances, furniture, a separate heating system, and in-suite laundry for guests. The kitchen has everything you need, including pots, pans, utensils and accessories.

This is a detached home, and we share our legal basement suite with our guests. As a family of four with two little ones, we make sure that your stay is comfortable. As our kids are young, please expect some noise from them.

This home is located in one of the high-end new areas of Rockland Park. Only a couple of hundred meters away from the Bow River. The area is located on top of a hill, surrounded by walking paths and natural beauty.

Empty all the trashbin including the one in the washroom. Throw the trash in the black bin located outside.
Gather all the used towels in the shower
Do not leave any food or leftovers in the apartment.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
