Budget friendly and hospitable front desk and manager. My teen enjoyed his stay. We utilize the pool and spa. Clean room and quiet atmosphere. Good place to stay.

The property is aged. The furniture is old, weathered, worn out and stained. Carpet is stained and has seen better days. Not a very good place for the money. Would not recommend this place.

Pool and exercise room was out on used , room smells funky, the furnitures very old , coffee machine not cleaned pure white stuff inside, A/C doesn’t cold enough , breakfast was terrible, eggs was not done properly.

Poor customer service

I booked the jacuzzi suite for a special occasion. I called ahead to let the front desk know I would be checking in late, after 9:00pm. When my partner and I arrived we were told they didn’t have a reservation in my name and they didn’t have that room for us. When they looked at the in house guests they then realized they had given my room to another guest with the same first name. I was very upset and the room they gave use didn’t compare to what I had booked. The bed was uncomfortable and the occasion was ruined. The only compensation I was offered was a $17 refund on a room that costed me $178. Horrible customer service.
