I just request dejoining room online and by phone but when we arrived they gave us seperate room. Heard noise and foots steps for about an hour at 2:00AM. Too early!

One problem is that they charge a damage depisit, which is fine. But on check out, they couldn’t find it. That was done by debit card. So am waiting for the damage deposit to be processed!! I won’t stay there again

There was a hair in the bathtub and no way we could get bottled water. The machines and the tv were all very outdated. We were in a creepy basement and there were creepy guests. And there were also stains on the carpet

I was quite disappointed with my stay, especially given the price of over $100 per night. I expected better standards in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and overall experience. Unfortunately, the lobby had an unpleasant odor, which was off-putting upon arrival. The room was not properly cleaned, with visible dried food marks on the dining table and a general unpleasant smell. Additionally, the breakfast quality was subpar and did not meet expectations. This experience felt more like a stay at a less-than-one-star hotel, which is extremely disappointing. I believe there is significant room for improvement to meet the basic expectations of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality.

Hot tub jets didn’t work and looked filthy. Waterslide had a trickle of water coming out so kids could barely make it down the slide. No towels in the pool area. Bed skirt covered in holes like a mouse had gotten it. Booked two king jacuzzi’s but when we got there said one room was two doubles even tho my Expedia reservation said two king jacuzzi rooms.

Only bad thing was the hot tub wasn’t working properly and the pool area wasn’t the cleanest. Everything else was great! Staff was nice. The shuttle was fast and efficient. The breakfast was yummy. And it was a good price. Would stay again!
