Decent Long Stay – 3 Stars
We stayed in a basement room for a week. The room was clean and decent overall. The bathroom had lots of counter space, but the toilet was very small and awkwardly close to the door. Shower was clean but weird to turn on. We had to ask for more shampoo/conditioner since the bottles were tiny.
There were no stairs—only a very slow elevator that sometimes took 3 minutes just to get down to the basement. The room above us was extremely noisy, with kids running and yelling so loudly the walls shook. Not the hotel’s fault, but soundproofing could be better.
The staff were friendly and helpful, but some guests were very inconsiderate. One let their toddler walk around with a cup of orange juice, which spilled all over the elevator and halls. There was often water on the floor too, though staff cleaned it up quickly.
Beds were fine. The small TV only had basic channels. There was a mini fridge (no freezer) and no microwave. Didn’t use the AC or pool, but there was a laundry room available. Breakfast was basic: eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, yogurt—more variety would be nice. Parking was tight on the sides but manageable, with more space in the back.
Overall, a decent stay for a week with a few frustrating parts.
