The room was extremely clean; that is the first thing I check when I arrive. There were a few things that were kind of “not perfect”, like the fact that the remote for the tv didn’t turn off and on, only changed stations.

You get what you pay for. Spend an extra few bucks and stay somewhere better. Staff were nice. Pool and slide were okay, hot tub was gross and very small. Room smelled so strongly with air fresheners upon arrival we had to air it out for hours. Heater unit was rattling and squeaking all night, shower has no pressure at all and the tub was peeling and rusty, beds were hard with very thin blankets but clean, poor and very few tv channels, dirty stained floors throughout hotel, awful breakfast.

People in the room across the hall were running around, out in the hall and even when in their room they were extremely loud and yelling. The door was constantly banging shut and was very loud.

Front staff was extremely nice and understanding. Moved our room 3x.!! Furs toilet was flooding in the room before we hit it. Second sheets haven’t been changed n dirty everywhere. 3rd room. Dirty. Very very dirty. We checked out. Also noisy and others were complaining about the pool.
