I asked for my receipt at checkout and the gentlemen at your front desk wouldn’t give it to me as he said I booked through hotel.com and he could t (I have stayed here numerous times through the hotels.com app and got my receipt everytime upon checkout until this time). Room was excellent staff were great. Noise level unacceptable. There was running up and down the hallways til late and loud noise from above til 2 am and repeated at 6. This hotel should make provisions for guests who have no children and should not have to tolerate this activity
