Great location for our weekend away. Unfortunately the front desk staff did not give much information about the hotel, like pool locations and opening times. Had no information about breakfast or times. They did however get my second room inspected right away and available to me. The rooms were clean and comfortable for their size. The AC units didn’t seem to work to well though.

Room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in at 7pm. Gob of hair in the shower, shower head wouldn’t stay upright, Shampoo and Conditioner were both empty. Gob of hair in the teeny tiny little hot tub, thick layer of disgusting foam on top when jets on. Fridge made high pitched noise, they replaced it but the inside of replacement fridge was dirty. Phone didn’t work, they had to replace battery. All of this was communicated to the hotel. Was told hotel manager would call me to discuss when we checked out at 10am. It’s 4 hours later and no call yet.

The waterslide in the main hotel was great and the pool and hot tub in the atrium were very nice for a relaxed swim. We got the breakfast vouchers, which I highly recommend, to use at the restaurant on site. Staff were very friendly. We plan to come back to the same hotel on our next trip!

I stayed at this wonderful hotel because of my home renovations. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend the property. The staff, Sara and Marsha at breakfast in the restaurant and Sara at the front desk in the morning were exceptional. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very reliable. The room was comfortable and relaxing. I was impressed by the motion light in the washroom and how the tv was on low volume when turned on. The little things made this hotel A #1 in my book. Great stay.

Mediocre stay

It was not very busy but they put us in a weird room in the middle of the hotel. No outside windows and smelled musty. My son was not happy about the lack of black out curtains. I was not happy about the accessible bathroom which we did not need. Staff was pleasant but did not enjoy the stay.

Upon arriving the concierge was extremely professional and accommodating. Traveling with only my daughter, he went out of his way to offer her a treat from the treasure chest. The service, food and beverage in the Club lounge was 10/10 as well. Definitely will be returning.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff - very accommodating and professional - the Sage and Company morning crew/server when we stayed on Wed - Saturday 9/3-9/7 are very attentive and friendly and the night reception Suwion is professional, attentive and frienldy. Overall a wonderful stay
