This is our personal home that we will not be using for the time it is available to book. What our home may lack in polish (minor wear & tear maybe a doodle on the wall), it makes up for in charm and amenities! Personal items remain in home.

Note: Our home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided in each bedroom for your comfort. In 30+ degree weather it can get quite warm (affecting Bedroom 1 and 2) in which case, windows should be closed during the day with blinds and blackout curtains drawn until the evening. Do not book if you require central A/C. Portable A/C units are provided for the upstairs bedrooms.

We will have someone coming to cut grass and do minor landscaping occasionally. Guest must be ok with someone entering the yard. We will try to schedule this between guests.

Would stay again!

The property is exactly as pictured in the listing. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, restaurants near by and easy access to main highways. Check in and check out we’re extremely easy and communication with the hosts is seamless. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future and recommend to a friend.
